Fragment of a the lower-left corner of tapestry woven panel in undyed linen and brown dyed wool thread. None of the surrounding ground fabric remains. The remaining pattern, light on dark, depicts a hunting scene of a mounted rider attacking an animal, within a border of circles. Details are picked out in flying thread brocading in brown wool thread. Tapesty weave: Linen warp (S-spun) Wool weft (Z-spun) Linen weft (S-spun)
