The central medallion is divided into six segments, painted with floral sprays in green and yellow, alternating with blue flower against a ground of scrolling foliage. On the cavetto is a Persian inscription in reserve on a green band. On the flattened rim is a border of flowers and scrolling foliage in blue. Imitation Chinese "tassel" mark in blue.
