Fiziksel açıklama Warp: white wool; Z2S; depressed; 18 threads per inch (70 per dm). Weft: brown and cream wool; Z2S; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 11 knots per inch (47 per dm). Pile: wool; 11 colours - dark red, red, yellow, dark green, green, light green, dark blue, blu e, purple, pink, and white; symmetrical knot tied around 2 threads; 99 knots per sq. inch (1645 per sq. dm). Side finish: left-hand side is cut. Right-hand side has one cord oversewn with pink wool. End finish: lower - incomplete but with 2.5cm maximum plain weave with dark yellow wool weft. Some of the surviving warp threads form a single-knot fringe on 5cm maximum length. Design: Field: white ground with green diamond lattice, one row and a half in the fragment of two and two half diamonds enclosing a large multi-coloured rosette and linked vertically by dark blue and red flowers. There are horizontal bands of long, serrated green leaves and blue and dark red flowers. Other flowers fill the field. Main border: dark blue ground with a large repeating pattern of an upright floral spray including a carnation. There are smaller flowers and leaves in several colours. Inner border: yellow ground with green meander bearing pink blossoms and pointed leaves. Outer border: white ground with green meander bearing pink blossoms and round leaves.
