| Fiziksel açıklama | Painted in two blues. The heavy spherical shape of the object, originally a counterweight for a lamp, has been transformed into a qalyan (hookah base) by drilling a hole in one of the four panels of its shoulder. These panels are filled with neatly painted scrolling leaves. The rest of the body is covered with a continuous landscape of hills, dotted trees, willows, pagodas and huts with linking clouds. The unglazed base is flat with a small glazed recess. |
