Cup and saucer made in one piece, fritware, painted in blue under a clear glaze. A small band of dots and leaves round the top of the cup. The body is plain. The foot has a chevron design. A line marks the inside of the cup and there are four small leaves in the well. The inside of the saucer is painted with a tree, a balustrade, a flower spray and an insect. There are four dashes on the outside. The small unglazed base has a small recess but no mark.
