Satin foundation structure: 4/1 satin; warp: ivory silk; skinnier than usual; single strand untwisted. Weft cotton; thick ivory single strand slight S twist. Satin & velvet warp order 3-1-2. Velvet structure: red silk, pile counts, warps 16, along weft 12. Binding weft threads: silk, skinny. Brocade structure: wholly brocaded? Selvedges: turned under and hemmed. This has been cut along the vertical, and is otherwise not in really good shape.
