Fiziksel açıklama
Fragment from a linen tunic, possibly either a clavus or sleeve-band, tapestry woven in dyed wool weft over undyed linen warps. A small portion of the surrounding plain woven, undyed linen tunic remains attached to the tapestry fragment. The tapstry decoration consists of three broad bands in dark purple, with a guilloche design picked out over the ground in linen thread using flying-shuttle technique. Between these bands are yellow stripes, with a row of red heart-shaped designs.
