Bowl of buff earthenware with white slip, sgraffiato decoration and streaks of brown, green and purple in a clear lead glaze. Spreading convex sides, and strong but shallow recessed foot-ring. Incised pattern consists of a large central rosette surmounted by recurved half-palmettes. Outside, the slip slightly overlaps the rim. The rest shows the brown clay through the glaze. Beneath the foot is unglazed.
