Bowl of fritware, of shallow conical form with inverted conical collar, and the rim is incised with diagonal rows of three 'X's. Three rings painted in manganese black enclose a central medallion in which are black stems and blue stylised leaves inside the lip is a black tooth border, black lines bands on the exterior, the clear glaze flecked with turquoise pigment perhaps from being fired in the same kiln with turquoise-glazed objects.
