Band from a tunic, tapestry-woven in coloured wools and undyed linen thread on linen warps. The decoration consists of a row of oval roundels with green and red jewelled borders, each alternately enclosing a bird or a heart-shaped floral device, separated by small red crosses on a white ground. On either side is a border consisting of a wavy floral stem with branches ending in animals' heads, in yellow and orange, on a black ground. The tapestry woven band has been sewn into a plain woven linen tunic. The remains of the plain woven linen have several selfbands.
