Fiziksel açıklama
Plain weave cotton embroidered with silk in surface darning, surface darning on the diagonal and running stitch, backed with silk faced with bias-cut cotton. Displayed and analysed under glass. White ground with slightly diagonal rows in which a lobed mushroom lozenge containing a light blue octagon and pink swastika and four yellow 'eaves', alternating with a horizontal light blue lozenge containing a pink Z-motif. On the left hand side one of these lozenges has a green and one has a pink ground with a yellow z-motif. The other row has a yellow 8-pointed star with 4 sperm-like attachments alternating with a vertical blue lozenge and pink Z-motif. The border might have a light green ground and contains a yellow diagonal leaf-shaped motif either side of a pink Y-motif which alternates direction. Threads: 2S silk: light blue, mushroom, pink, yellow, light green, black and white. The outlines are worked in blocks in black running stitch. Backing: said to be purple silk Facing: light blue cotton with a fine dark blue check.
