Fragment (base of a bowl) fritware, covered in a tin-opacified glaze, polychrome painted in-glaze in cobalt blue and overglaze painted in black-manganese, purple-manganese, brownish-red and white. The drawing includes a double-humped camel or dromedary, caparisoned with two cloth coverings, one edged with a broad band and the other with flowerheads on a grid-like pattern, the hirsute blue camel follows a white horse, similarly caparisoned, both surrounded by foliage dotted with leaves.
