Fiziksel açıklama
Woven silk and metal thread The upper end has been cut and rejoined with part of the pattern missing, this is more evident in the border. Cut top and bottom, so it's probable that the deep, decorative borders have been removed. Weft-patterned. The main panel has a yellow metal thread [silver strip[ open S-wound on a yellow silk core] ground with offset rows of widely-spaced individual motifs: small round rosette [white outlined in blue] alternating with a vertical pointed medallion containing a star [white outlined in blue and yellow details]. Border: pale ground with a leafy meander linking an outward facing trefoil and a rosette. Very worn but the colours are orange, white, yellow and a metal thread which is silver strip open S-wound on a pale yellow silk core. The warp is blue. Inner border: yellow zigzag line on a blue ground. Evidence of a pink-orange silk backing or facing.
