It has a narrow stand-up collar. The front edges of the kaftan, sleeves and collar are scalloped and trimmed with a double line of plaited braid, gilt on the outside and yellow silk on the underside, and with couched gilt thread. The lower part of the side seams of the skirt and of the sleeve seams is open, and the sleeves are faced at the wrist with the same silk.
