Fragment from the base of a bowl, pinkish-buff earthenware of alluvial clay, covered in tin-opacified white slip, and painted with radiating lines of copper green and purple manganese pigment, and covered in a clear, colourless lead glaze. The exterior is undecorated and unglazed. Sarre's group XII
