Bowl of buff fritware with decoration partly in open work and partly painted in copper lustre over a glaze stained partly clear and partly stained deep-blue and turquoise-blue. Round the rim is a formal border of foliated panel containing a circle. In the middle is a female figure in lustre partly obscured by patches of deep blue and turquoise-blue.
