Portion of a border tile of glazed grey fritware, painted in colours on a white slip. Painted in red and dark blue outlined in olive-green on a turquoise-blue ground. The continuous design consists of a tulip, carnation and other flowers alternating with palmettes enclosing symmetrical floral groups, both on wavy interlacing stems.
