Bowl of fritware moulded in relief and covered with a turquoise-blue tin glaze. Octagonal with straight sides and out-turned lip. Small high foot. Eight panels are moulded in countersunk low-relief with confronted horsemen and confronted sphinxes alternately, above a band of running animals.
