Fiziksel açıklama Grinder, wood with brass outer shell and mother-of-pearl inlay, octagonal faceted cylinder with turnin handle, inscribed with vertical bands of Persian poetry, possibly Turkey, 1800-1850. In the ‘List of Objects in the Art Division, South Kensington Museum acquired during the Year 1884’. London: Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1885. p. 87, the item was described as: "COFFEE OR SPICE MILL. Wood, coated with brass, inscribed with Persian verses, and bound at top with iron band, and a second band inlaid with pearl and wires in minute coils. From Cairo. Persian."
