There is a narrow black line across the upper end. There is a border along the bottom: a pink blossom alternates with a spray of 4 yellow flowers, all pointing to the lower right. A narrow band extends part way up the sides, it has a green ground with small pink or yellow buds. The main pattern is a series of diagonal lines from lower right to upper left. There are pairs of black diagonal lines either side of a green ground with pink and white arrowheads. There are two sizes of stripes: [1] narrow stripes: green ground with a downward pointing pansy-like flower outlined with black, a downward pointing triangular arrangement of 3 yellow flowers and between these two is a pink blossom outlined in light blue with a cone shape in 2 shades of blue outlined in pink above it. [2] wider stripes in two designs: [a] angled striped stem with a large downward pointing pink blossom edged with blue with a large bird outlined in black to the lower left. Immediately to the right is an angled striped stem with a downward pointing spray of small blue flowers. There is a straight horizontal stem with a pair of small mauve flowers pointing to the right with a pink blossom and a black outlined bird above it. Below it is another spray of blue flowers. [b] Divided into diamond sections: large round pink blossom surrounded by small pink blossoms alternating with a large triangular arrangement of small blue flowers. There is a patch in the centre of the lowest of these stripes; it can be felt and disrupts the arrangement of blue flowers. Threads: silk; 2S; dark pink, pink, light pink, light green, yellow, dark green, mauve, blue, light blue, black, very light turquoise, white, green, purple.
