Notes In Palace B in the Raqqa area, a group of decorative styles appeared executed with various materials, including the plaster frames surrounding the doors and windows and the wooden pieces that covered the walls and ceilings of the royal official halls. Something similar to it was found in the Umayyad era and dates back to Qasr al-Hayr al-Gharbi, and this is evidence of the continuity of this type of decoration until the Abbasid era. The piece is a rectangular part of a painted wooden board, in the middle of which there are modified floral and floral shapes, and on its sides there is a geometric decoration. All of these drawings are executed in black, red, yellow and brown colors in varying degrees, suggesting that the drawings are three-dimensional.
