Notes	This model is distinguished by its elaborate decoration in three colors: white, red, black, and gilded leaves, on a dark blue background tinged with greenery (lazuli). Its origin is the Persian word “Lajvard.” These small drawings have simplified leaves and large logos, and have curved edges, outlined with gilded geometric lines and drawings. Lapis lazuli decoration is distinguished from Al-Mannai ceramics by the majority of designs of plants and flowers, geometric lines, and writing in different fonts. From this type of ceramics were made good-looking long-necked vases, polygonal and cylindrical vessels, and diamond-shaped or cross-shaped tiles.
