Notes	The text contains the verses of Surat Al-An'am (No. 5) from verse No. 111 to Surat Al-A'raf (No. 6) up to verse 87. The basic text is written in the Muhaqqq script, and in a horizontal form, it uses Kufic and Naksha script, and there are three lines per page. The text is written in the officially approved muhaqqiq script, a style which, since the advent of rounded script, has been particularly favored in high-quality Qur’an manuscripts. Gold stippling marks are outlined in black. There is a rectangular band ending in a large marginal clip on page 38a, which contains the beginning of Surat Al-A'raf written in white Kufic script outlined in black against a finely gilded background. Both the calligraphy and gilding of this venerable manuscript are associated with a seven-part copy of the Qur'an dedicated to Abu al-Qasim Harun ibn Ali ibn Zafar, another Uzbek vizier, Atabeg in Azerbaijan (reigned 1210-1225).
