The painting shows a cross-section of the Prophet's Mosque in Medina. Below the upper row there is a double central arch and two side arches supported by four beautiful spiral columns crowned by a crescent. There are three mosque lamps hanging in line with the center of the arches. In the middle there is a central scroll/step that bears the inscription “Glory belongs to God.”
