This tablet may have originally formed the side of a memorial. The middle is decorated with decorations in the form of square, rectangular and polygonal panels engraved with circular shapes containing floral elements and arabesque spiral decorations, all arranged within a geometric frame. The middle panel is surrounded by inscriptions in Naskh script, including verse 225 of Surat Al-Baqarah and decorated spiral footnotes.
