Notes
This pouch-shaped flask is made of tough, maroon-coloured leather, and its outer surface is embroidered with gold and silver grommets and rosettes. The screw plug is made of wood. Conical skin flasks were popular in the Ottoman Empire and were mainly used as water flasks.
