Notes The edges of the inkwell, as well as its sides and the ends of the pen case, are decorated with hammered floral designs. The engraved designs partially cover the base and back of the inkwell. The hinged cover of the inkwell is studded with precious stones, and the base of the inkwell and the back of the pen box bear the tugra of Sultan Ahmed III (1703-1730). Traces of the cloth (liqa) were found inside the inkwell. On the upper end there is the seal of the maker: Amal Muhammad.
