Notes The fabric is woven with soft natural silk in red, black and light yellow, and its surface is embroidered with silver or gold copper metal threads braided on cotton thread. The main drawing represents the imam’s mihrab, and in the middle of the upper section there is a drawing of a hanging mosque lamp. At the top and on both sides, we find drawings filling the carpet except for the mihrab, where shapes of Arab flowers and plants are allocated, such as palm trees intersecting in various shapes or with half palm trees inside other plants.
