Notes
The bowl is decorated with two large birds facing each other, whose bodies point in opposite directions. Their heads are turned back and, together with their long, curved tails, form a sinusoidal/wave movement reminiscent of elegant planning movements. The center of the bowl, which is often left empty on this type of vessel or has a small black dot in the middle, is here filled with a small bird with open wings shaped like semi-palmettes. The outer surface is not decorated.
