Notes
This panel carved from pine, consisting of two side panels alternating between square and rectangular panels and vine coils, and in particular the large relief carved in the central panels, shows a closer familiarity with their proto-cognates from very ancient times, and the almost identical panel in the Benaki Museum in Athens means that together they may have formed a double-leafed door.
