Notes The originality of this wonderful door is based on the fact that the design is not entirely subject to the theory of the wheel - the group of elements formed by networks. The two usual stars were painted alone in the main center; While the extensions of many lines, which make up the stars, form large squares in the middle of the axis. The complementary decoration consists of leaves and flowers with a prominent Gothic flair, great prominence and movement of the design, which gives this model a great richness in terms of light contrasts. The backgrounds were painted blue; The pillars of the structure are painted in blue and red on the upper part of the sides, and in gilding in the decorative relief. The frame bears gilded letters on a blue background, between two narrow gilded bands, while the spaces between the vertical pillars are dyed red. This is a translation of the passionate Latin text inscribed in Gothic letters: “O Jesus, our redemptor, our beloved and longed-for Master, Creator of all men and Lord of all times, for the sake of victory, you choose to redeem all our sins with a painful death.” The axes and various iron decorations were gilded. The elements of the face are identical, in terms of shape and scale, to the elements of the place: the lintels form the appropriate recesses, painted and gilded, with gilded flowers as well.
