Notes
A fly swatter (Shawri) in which the surface of the ivory handle is engraved with a recess in the shape of an inverted bell with two rows of individually carved leaves on its surface. The lower part of the recess and the surface of the handle connected to it are decorated with bands of cypress trees, irises and poppy plants. The remaining part of the handle has a long spiral rope pattern and ends with a decorative knot (button). The towel itself is made up of thin, flat pieces of whale jawbone. These are three separate pieces that are separated from each other by disengaging the socket and the handle from the central axis in a clockwise direction. There are gray remains in the engraved back section of the handle and around the base of the towel, and a number of the elements of the towel are broken/missing.
