Notes
The name of the Prophet of God, Muhammad, has been derived from the root “Hamad”; Therefore, he is “Ahmed” in heaven, and “Muhammad” on earth, and God Almighty revealed to his mother Amina bint Wahb in a dream: “Call him Muhammad.” This name was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an four times, and it is one of the most common Arabic names in the Islamic world. It is noted that men and women in Oman wear jewelry with the name of the Prophet “Muhammad” written on it; This is to confirm their adherence to their faith, or to express their love for his person, peace and blessings be upon him. The name of the Prophet also appears on some personal items. Such as boxes for storing manuscripts and pens, and it may also be used to decorate architectural buildings.
