Notes This make-up consists of a convex base bearing a vase-shaped tummy decorated with floral decoration in the Ottoman Baroque style. This vase, equipped with two branch-shaped handles, is closed with a lid surmounted by a bird, to whose tail is hung a small chain connecting it to the two handles. Both sides of the liner of the eyeliner, the cover, and one of the two handles have been stamped. This bottle is used to store eyeliner or antimony sulfur powder, which women used to color the edges of the eyelids black using a trowel.
