Notes This unusual flask - shaped like an oval with two flat sides - appears to be the only one surviving and was probably a vessel for use that glass artists produced for their daily needs. Its circular, oval base ring is folded, slightly irregular, and has a blowpipe mark in its center, formed by a metal rod to which glass has been added. Above its added handles is a narrow neck leading to a short, rounded spout and a frame that folds inward.
