Notes
The text consists of Qur'anic verses, short prayers, invocations, and many repetitions of the basmala, the shahada, the latter arranged in decorative forms such as vases, flowers, a temple, and Zulfiqar, a two-pronged sword given by the Prophet to Ali. In addition, there are images of the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina (where the domed tomb is depicted in the wrong direction) and the last panel surrounds the ornament of the Prophet Muhammad.
