Notes
The amulet is made of white stone and red agate stone in the shape of a heart. In the center there is an inscription in Naskh script, which says: “The thunder glorifies His praise and the angels out of His fear.” Surrounded by the verse of the Throne in Naskh script, it reads: “God, there is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the Ever-Subsisting. Neither year nor sleep will overtake Him, since He who intercedes with Him except by His permission. He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they do not comprehend any of His knowledge, except by what He wills. “He is the Most High, the Great.” The incantation is framed by two lines.
