Notes This bow quiver was in the collection of Archduke Ferdinand II of Tyrol (1529-95 AD) in Ambras Castle near Innsbruck. Its outer surface has red edges and is completely covered with fine spiral vines, made of white skin and covered with dark blue layers (scales). There are two red medallions placed between them. The back surface of the kinana is dark blue except for the narrow edge. There are two oval gold medallions, and the kinana of the arrows matches and complements the kinana of the bow.
