Palm trees in Oman have been associated with the ancient oases of the Magan civilization, since the third millennium BC, and since then the palm tree has been considered one of the eternal symbols of Oman, and it is one of the trees mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. Where the Virgin Mary gave birth to the Prophet of God, Jesus (peace be upon him), under her. God Almighty said: “Then labor brought her to the trunk of the palm tree. She said, ‘Oh, I wish I had died before this, and been forgotten and forgotten.’ (23) So he called to her from beneath her: ‘Do not grieve. Your Lord has placed a secret beneath you.’ (24) And shake the trunk of the palm tree for you, and it will drop upon you pure fresh water. (25).” God Almighty has spoken the truth (Surat Maryam) and the patterns appear. Decorative palm trees as an element of design on wooden doors, coffee pots, index rings, and copper spoons. These patterns may also be combined with geometric or floral shapes. Which creates overlapping patterns of circular or longitudinal shapes.
