Notes
Archers wore rings made of a semi-precious stone on the thumb fingers of their right hand to help them shoot their bows. The essential part of the weapon is carried with great pride in the East. These luxurious rings that were placed on the thumb of the hand were perfect expressions of the fighter’s rank and wealth.
