The amulet is made of white stone and red agate stone in oval shape. It has a prayer engraved in the center and is framed by two lines. It is surrounded by a Naskh script outline of Surat Al-Fatihah, saying: “Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds (human beings, jinn, and all existing beings - Most Compassionate, Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment - Thee we worship, and Thee we seek help - Guide us to the straight path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed - not upon whom wrath is due, nor gone astray.) This surah is framed by four lines / lines. The outer field is inscribed with a Qur’anic outline of Surat Al-Kafirun: “In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful: Say, O One. The unbelievers - I do not worship what you worship - nor are you a worshiper of what I worship, nor am I a worshiper of what you worship - nor are you a worshiper of what I worship - you have your religion and I have a religion. The background of all the inscriptions is decorated with three- and five-pointed dots, while the outer frame is formed by two.
