Notes This interpretation and the Qur’anic citations were written in Naskh script, and the side texts were written in Nasta’liq script by Abu Sa’id Abdullah bin Omar al-Baydawi (600 AH/1186 AD to 685 AH/1203 AD). There is a historical inscription at the end of this copy stating that it was written by a famous Ottoman calligrapher called Al-Iskadari in 973 AH / 1565 AD.
