Notes
Fragment of a piece of plain woven linen fabric with a woven silk decorative band. The decoration includes three horizontal decorative bands separated by empty spaces. The upper band is surrounded by a gilded border with scroll decoration, its main lines are red and its details are blue. It includes a broken band with simple main lines wrapped in red on a gilded background, and blue three-pronged patterns fill the space above and below the broken band. The central decorative band is a narrower band in cursive letters on a deep red ground surrounded by a border of split palm leaves stripped at the top and bottom. The third, narrower band contains a central green wavy pen on a gold ground, and two golden split palm frond borders on a red ground.
