Notes On the plate there is white paint, and drawings with a metallic luster of a golden-brown colour. These drawings are symmetrical arabesque decorations that alternate with braided Kufic script on eight individual decorative fields that adorn the base and walls. The floor between the lines of the main decoration is filled with dots or decorations in the form of small branches, while the outer side is decorated with polygons quickly drawn in a single strand on light blue paint. This dish, based on its precise drawings and the name of the place written inside its circular base, is considered one of the most important ceramic examples dating back to the period of Nasrid rule.
