| Notes | The piece is a wooden panel with highly ornamental floral decoration and a decoration in the shape of a flower cup from which spiral leaves emerge. The painting represents a transitional phase marked by the beveled technique of the second phase, the distinctive example of which is a door introduced by the ruling Caliph of the Al-Azhar Mosque in the year 1010. |
