Notes
Islamic prayer beads (rosary) consist of three sections of beads separated from each other by larger sign beads (imam) for ease of counting. The last bead is usually the largest piece in the shape of the neck of a bottle and is called the Imam Minaret (Yad) and is used for praising God by mentioning the hundred names of God. The rosary is intended for remembrance after prayer and as a talismanic symbol.
