Notes
A bird with a circular nozzle, edges turned outward, and a small, horizontal wing. The body is hemispherical, the base is convex, and the leg is a columnar annular. The outside is covered with an almost transparent white glaze; The interior was decorated with multi-colored glazed paint, including white, green, violet, and yellow, with a special style of depicting shapes. The central decorative theme is a dynamic hunting scene, in which a greyhound and a bird (possibly a hawk or an eagle) simultaneously attack a gazelle. The bird carries a spiral-shaped object in its mouth, which could be a snake or a tree branch. Running along the short edge of the plate are wreaths consisting of small black arches filled with green glaze. During the period in which it was in use, the plate was fixed with clips. We also find holes in the base that lead us to think that the vessel may have been intended for hanging on a wall. Restored piece.
