Notes
A piece of textile, in the middle of which he drew a vase containing roses, surrounded by a toothed frame raised on two columns, with two cypress trees at their base. In the lower section we find a drawing representing an “entrance” with a crescent at its edge, emerging from Arabic inscriptions. On both sides of the piece are two large cypress trees, the sides of which are decorated with stars. Surrounding all of this are plants with twisted and intertwined branches, with elongated leaves, and rosettes of four or five leaflets. The entire decoration was executed using embroidery with silver or gold threads.
