While the new century has transformed libraries, it has also changed the roles of librarians. With this new role in the light of developments, the terms "bibliometrics" and "bibliometric performance management" have taken the first place in the librarianship literature. Bibliometric performance management is important for academic institutions, researchers, and libraries as a key component for making strategic decisions and measuring their success. In this study, all the steps since Özyeğin University Library's involvement in the academic performance management process are included. |
