Collection (duʻāh) of sūrahs, prayers, devotional readings, and supplications, intended for bringing blessings and warding off evil through repeated reading. Written by the unnamed author for the birth of his named daughter, Sharīfah ʻAdīlah Hanīm. Occasional marginal notes (f. 108v, 126r). A quotation from the Naqshabandīyah Sufi shaykh Barṣā is written, possibly by a later hand, at the top of the first page (f. 1v).
